One of the most common complaints I hear from people about the ketosis diet is eating out. They are never sure what to order and still maintain their diet.
Fortunately, this is not as difficult as people may think. As such, I’ve decided to start posting my meals at the restaurants I visit, along with some suggestions for what to order.
Today, I made the mistake of heading out to work without bringing my lunch. Since I am a massage therapist, after a few sessions, I need a protein boost to keep going. Luckily for me, the office I’m working from today has a Chick Fil A right next to it.
Since being on the Keto Diet, I have definitely cut back on my fast food dining. As a rule, it is not the best option, but today, I was desperate. So, I was happy to order 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets with a bottled water. It hit the spot for my belly, refueled my lagging energy, and is perfectly acceptable for my diet. The secret is foregoing the French fries and “extras” these places like to include.
